Scope of Work Summary
The City of Owen Sound requests a Tender to supply and construct a new effluent outfall diffuser on the end
of the wastewater treatment plant's existing concrete outfall. The new outfall section is located about
200 metres off-shore in approximately 4 metres of water and is approximately 26 metres long with eight
discharge diffusers.
