Welcome to the City of Owen Sound’s bid opportunities website

Effective February 1, 2020, the City of Owen Sound will be accepting bid submissions electronically.

If you are not a current subscriber to bids&tenders™, you will need to subscribe as a vendor to receive notice of opportunities and submit bids to the City of Owen Sound. An unlimited Subscription to bids&tenders™ is just $418.95/year. Pay once and access all agencies using bids&tenders in Canada. For those who choose not to subscribe, there is a one-time fee option of $125.75 per bid opportunity.

The City of Owen Sound does not charge any document, project or administrative fees to bidders. The annual subscription to bids&tenders is the only charge you will incur to place unlimited bids for City business.

After creating a bidding system vendor account with bids&tenders, you can select commodity codes for goods and services you supply and the bidding system will notify you by email of the bid opportunities matching your commodity code selection(s). If you do not already have a bids&tenders account, please create one

Open bids appear below, however by using the status dropdown list you may search historical or planned bids by selecting a status such as closed, planned, awarded,cancelled, etc.

Unofficial bid results for most bid opportunities are posted the same day as the bid closes.
