The City of Owen Sound is seeking to retain a consulting engineering firm (“the Consultant”) to provide professional engineering services for preliminary and detailed design, contract tender preparation and construction phase management, and warranty phase oversight of the proposed scope of work, including the rehabilitation of Pedestrian Tunnel OS-19. The Structure is located on 16th Street East, approximately 450m west of 28 Avenue East / Grey Road 5, providing the Grey County Tom Thomson Trail System access under 16th Street East. |
