The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification (RPQ) is to obtain responses from vendors to determine which of these vendors are qualified, in the opinion of the City to undertake the Deliverables. This RPQ is open to all vendors who wish to be pre-qualified to participate in a tender process for janitorial services at the Owen Sound Police Services building located at 922 2nd Avenue West, Owen Sound, Ontario. The following information is to be used as a guideline, additional specific information will be provided in the tender process. The Police Services building has approximately 32,450 square feet over two floors. Janitorial services will take place seven days per week, in the evenings Monday to Friday and in the afternoons and evenings Saturday and Sunday. The duration of this contract will be for a one (1) year term with the option to renew for four (4) additional 12 month terms. |
