The City requires electrical system design and engineering consulting services for preliminary investigation and reporting, and subsequent design and engineering services for upgrading the existing system and Kelso Beach Park to meet electrical recommendations in the Kelso Beach Master Plan, and support modern special event requirements. The general scope of the contract is expected to include: - Preliminary investigation - Pre- design - Detailed design - Construction contract administration - Construction supervision - As built drawings upon project completion provided by the contractor and verified by the engineering consultant |
