Description: 

Work of this contract comprises the construction of sewage forcemain, storm sewer, road reconstruction of East Bayshore Road (Grey Road 15) and associated work.  The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:

  • Decommissioning and abandoning existing sewage forcemain
  • Decommissioning and removal of existing storm sewer and associated catchbasins
  • Asphalt, sidewalk, curb, culvert, guard rail, etc. removals
  • New open cut and directional drilled forcemain
  • New open cut storm sewer including catchbasins, road reconstruction, etc.
  • Road reconstruction, and associated work.
  • Relocated and new fire hydrants.
  • New retaining walls (design-build)
  • New guard rails, culverts, sidewalk, curb and gutter, etc.

 

Award is subject to City of Owen Sound council approval scheduled for April 25, 2022.
