The City of Owen Sound invites qualified suppliers to respond to this Request for Proposal for the supply and delivery of battery powered extrication equipment including a cutter, spreader, combi-tool, accessories and batteries. The manufacture of the tools shall have successfully demonstrated the operation of the type of tools being offered in severe hot and cold weather climatic conditions. |
